Come meet with us for support with legal name change and ID updates, HIV prevention and treatment referrals, and get creative with our Community Loom, where attendees can add a thread representing their lived experiences and creativity. We’ll be at Transtastic on June 26, followed by a private community gathering on June 27! 🪡💜🎉

♥️ Our cute mini zine/comic on HIV prevention tools is finally digital! 📲 PrEP and PEP are powerful tools that can help reduce the risk of HIV. PrEP is taken before potential exposure, while PEP is used after a possible exposure and must be started within 72 hours. Learn more about these options and speak with a healthcare provider about finding the prevention plan that works best for you. If you don’t have a doctor at the moment, reach out to Mayfaire Medical and see how they help you access HIV prevention, treatment, and care! 🏥❤️‍🩹

You can also print this as a foldable mini zine for free via the link in our bio! Keep it as a resource, or share it with others. PrEP and PEP are lifechanging resources that can help prevent HIV, but many people are still unaware of how they work or where to access them. Plus, trans communities often face additional barriers to healthcare, making accessible care difficult in the first place. By sharing this info, we can help connect more people to the care they need and deserve! 🌈🫂🏳️‍⚧️

Community care requires accountability, transparency, and compassion, especially when conversations are difficult. We believe that ethical, affirming care includes protecting confidentiality, maintaining respectful boundaries, and continuing to learn and grow as an organization.

Today we are sharing our Commitment to Community Accountability, Care and Repair, along with information about our updated feedback and grievance process. These practices are intended to strengthen trust, create clearer pathways for concerns to be heard, and support healthier engagement across our community spaces.

We know community-centered work is deeply human work. We will not always get everything perfect, but we remain committed to listening, reflecting, responding, and improving with integrity and care.

Thank you to everyone who continues to engage with us in good faith and helps us build stronger, safer, and more connected communities together.

Our official anniversary is around the corner in October! 🏳️‍⚧️ What began as a way for trans people to find community and share resources grew into our name change program, referrals and resource navigation, TransConnect, cultural sensitivity trainings, and ongoing support for trans people across Florida and beyond 🌈🫂
